In case of fire in your room:
- If you cannot control the fire: Head for the exit while properly closing the door to your room and follow the signage > Notify the reception.
- In case of an alarm signal:
- If the exits are accessible: Head for the exit while properly closing the door to your room and follow the signage > Notify the reception.
- If smoke makes the corridor or stairs impassable: Stay in your room > Signal your presence at the window while waiting for the firefighters to arrive.
IMPORTANT: A closed and wet door, sealed with makeshift means (towels, damp sheets, for example), provides better protection for a longer time. Smoke is less dense and the temperature is more bearable at floor level.
